the installer at bestbuy did not hookup the vss wire and from what i have read it *does* have some effect on the navigation.

i already have the N3 bypassed, so this won't interfere right?

where is the closest location i can splice the VSS? and what color is the wire going to be?

I run the wire back to the hideaway unit correct?

anything esle i need to know before doing this?

this is what i found for your car:

VSS Wire - Dark Green - Passenger's Fender Blue 80 Pin Connector Pin 55 V6 ENG

it won't interfere with your bypass, and yes it does run back to your hideaway.

it's almost dark outside so i will have to wait till tomorrow to actually run the wire. but at least i located the damn thing (which was the hardest part)
