D3 wont play music video.. Any ideas?

Hey I just got my d3 installed today.. It will allow me to play dvds, but from my ipod I can only listen to music.. It will play the audio of the music videos, but there is no image on the screen.. Can anybody tell me how to fix this? thanks

Are you SURE you are selecting the "VIDEO" button on the AVICs screen when you are in IPOD mode? You have to do this first prior to then using your Ipod to select your music video playlist, which contains the music videos.

I also recall having to go into itunes and ensure that the box for "skip when in shuffle mode" was NOT checked for each of my music videos in order for me to be able to advance from one video to the next.

we cannot just play DIVx or DVDs Directly from our DVD Media

You need to set TV OUT to ON in your iPod in order for the d3 to play videos from the iPod Video.

It worked for me. I was able to do it. It is great !
