I bought a used AVIC-D2 and installed it in my truck. Everythig functions properly except when I open the face, the door opens perfectly but when I try to close it, it just makes noise and sits there. I can help it up and it will fully close but it's gonna be hard to help it up while driving!

Anybody know of any troubleshooting to fix this?
