i bought a used Avic-N1 on craigslist with no nav disc

bought it home, powered it up, and grounded the e-brake wire and I can play dvd movies.


what are my options? i need a west disc.

I see someone on ebay selling the CNDV-40MT West Coast Version 1.2. -if i put that in my system will it upgrade and lose my mod?


HOW can I tell if my system is updated in the first place?

all i can find are 50 and 60 versions...

I've got a west disc. Find me and east disc and I'll trade.

You will not lose your bypass by using 1.2. Only if your put in the 50 or 60 disks and don't do the mod
