I'm looking at a Z1 for my new Jeep and I am curious about the quality of recorded music on the hard drive. Can you adjust the quality? What is the rate (128, 256, 312)?

As far as I know, you cannot adjust the quality, and it seems like a low bitrate. For most music, you can't tell the difference, but if you have very dynamic music or an extremely discerning ear, it will be good enough. It's one of the best features of the Z1.
