Mine are greyed out, as well as another poster on the forum. I am subscribed to Navtraffic and XM and they work great, as well as the stock screen works. Anyone know whats going on?
Do your Browse and Favorites work?

do you have any type of bypass installed? most of the options are greyed out if you install your system as per pioneer and dont have the e-brake on.

Mine is bypassed. Have now talked to people with and without bypass that have greyed out Browse/Favorite buttons.

I called XM and they reffered me to pioneer...... I too have the same problem, i also have done a post for my problem. I will call pioneer and and update later.
