I have the D-3 installed with a Sirius SIR-PNR2 box, can I hook up the bluetooth even though the SIR-PNR2 use the IP-Bus cable? Or does the Bluetooth plug into the EXT slot?

Yes it will, daisy-chain them together. Out of one to the in on the other
