So I was driving my car pretty hard the other day and all of a sudden the Avic D3 I have screen lit up with the words :

Dear GOD!

What is that and what does it mean. It went away before I could read the choices to click below it.

Same thing happened to me. It means you are in invincible mode. I drove right through a brick wall with no damage at all.

They must have it set to appear at a certain speed.Were you driving around 90 - 100?

It wasn't even that fast in terms of MPH. I was corning really hard and taking the corners as fast as I could.
