Im about 2 do some traveling and will have 2 switch east and west navi disk. problem is, i have 40 east and 50 west. Will that cause any problems switching thought the 2?

Yes, when you put the 50 in, you won't be able to use the 40 anymore unless you get into the service menu and revert back
