hello,

i own a z1 that was uninstalled from my old truck and installed into my new one. im not sure if this was an issue before but it seems that everytime i enter a destination that has a N, S, E, or W direction the unit says address does not exist and asks me if id like to continue. for example, if i punch in 1540 S Harvard st, it will say it does not exist but the navi on my cell phone will say it does, and i myself know these addresses exist. i just upgrade it to a z3 in hopes that it would fix this prblem but it still does it...if i jsut hit continue itll take me roughly to the area of the destionation but not quite there. any idea whats wrong? thanks

Try just typing Harvard St and when it brings up the list of matching choices, choose the one with S in front

thats exactly how i do it but after choosing the correct one, it'll say address does not exist.
