I've searched on this, but there doesn't seem to be anyone who has this issue.

When I go through a tunnel (on my daily drive, I go through two of them in rapid succession), even if I'm not actively using the GPS (routing to a location) the F700BT feels like it must tell me that it has lost GPS signal, which is quite irritating on a daily basis.

Is there a way to disable this, or perhaps a way to insert a silent wav in place of that particular phrase in the TTS system?

to my knowledge, no.

I deal with this everytime I cross under the Intracoastal waterway in Houma, LA or entering any parking garage. I just deal with it, not worth meddling with.

I've seen this in one of the files from the flash disk. Unfortunately, I don't remember which one. Search for it. I do think that you can disable the warning.
