Does anyone know how to set the defaults for the Equalizer and Random mode, I want to start up with Equalizer = Jazz and Random Mode on.

This is a very good question. Also, how to enable the EQ function while using the ipod? I`m experiencing very poor quality sound with the ipod.

Has anoybody solved this? If the unit reboots it should at least hold some settings:) Or is there any mod to make the settings permanent? Thanks
