I spitted the manual but could not find it. Is there a possibility to shutdown the Avic-d3 ? I know you can press on screen off..to only disable the screen.

But is there also a ability to just shutdown the avic-d3 ??

You mean as in turn it off? Yeah, it's called the OFF button. Seriously, press "menu" then press "off" on the lower right hand side of the screen.
