ive had the bluetooth components installed with my D3 for about a year, however my cell phone didnt have BT. I just got an Iphone and now can finally play with the BT capabilities... however everytime i go to make a call, it makes me pair it and enter the 0000 pasword... is there anyway to make it pair together each time i get in the truck and not have to do the tedious manual process including entering pin, how do i set it up to work together?

If you haven't figured this out yet, check to see if there is an "always allow" selection in the BT settings on the phone. That way, when it "sees" the phone, it automatically connects w/o prompting.

Also, make sure your phone is set to "visible" in the BT settings.

You are not completing the pairing. You need to choose a position for your newly connected phone or else you will need to do the entire process every time you restart your car.

Remember, Bluetooth will run your phone battery down faster
