There are at least 12-13 plugs in the kick panel and not one of them has more than 9 wires. lol. Looks like I am going to have to continue the search.

Found some great news. The wire is even more easily located behind the radio for the factory speed assisted volume control. Since I have external amps I pushed one of the speaker wires from the Metra wiring harness (it was empty) and pulled it into the wire location labeled GA. Sure enough that wire coming out of the factory harness is blue/white.
