i went out this morning.. about 20 degrees out and my avic worked.. later in the day i went and turned on my car and only the backlight on the buttons came on and nothing else worked.. tried to reset and it didnt help and disconnected the negative battery terminal and still didnt help.. already had the "anti-freezing" firmware update.. need help!

also the buttons stay illuminated even after the car is off and key is out.. never did any of this before
