I like the unit, though it is a little slow, but this voice navigation is ANNOYING! Im trying to use this for my business, but it would be lovely to be able to hear at least 1 song all the way through without 10 prompts to merge onto the highway. Is there anyway to kill this feature?

I usualy have my system cranked and when it goes in and out its kind of annoying.
I chuckled...off i go to search awayi don't think he/she was trying to make a joke.
I did what the link above recommends, and it works flawlessly. Now I have a little red/green icon on my Nav screen and it toggles the annoying voice on and off.
Although I really think it's kind of lame to have to hack your unit to accomplish this (hint, hint Pioneer)
