Hey, I have just a quick question. I know the ipod adapters suck on the avic units. My question is, Is the problem with the adapter itself or is it with the avic. In other words, could pioneer just update the ipod adapter with a new version or would they have to update the actual avics?

The problem is the AVICs themselves. The functionality has improved greatly (see the n3 and z1 with ipod) but is still slow
