My question is this, if I buy an AVIC F90BT can I connect it to this factory armrest iPod connector, somehow, anyhow, for playback/control both Video and Audio?

no you cant, the aux is going to be located in the front, that one becomes disabled

No but technically you could run the ipod connector cable through the center console and into arm rest and out by the aux port, but you might need to buy an extention for the usb
