i upgraded to the latest Teleatlas map a few weeks ago. the dvd recently got dameaged & i tried putting the old dvd back in & the avic n2 rejects it. is this natural? any way to go back?

You will have to get into the service menu to revert back to the old software. There are instructions posted on here somewhere
