Hello,
Is anyone know of some kind of gadget that can be used on the 900BT to give it infrared ability so that the steer wheel remote can be used?

no disrespect, but i know it can be created. I honestly put my Z3 back in the main car because of that issue along with others. Someday, someone, possibly from this forum will make that happen. Til then lets keep making our wishes known to Pioneer.

I am suprised no company makes an infared reciever that plugs in.

Not much market for it. Most manufacturers don't cut corners by leaving off the $2 IR receiver.I am suprised no company makes an infared reciever that plugs in.
