Hey guys...So I am hooking wires up this morning and I go to look for the Illumination wire and there isnt one on the harness that they gave me?? It even says Illumination.....orange, but on the harness its not there. All there is is a dimmer pos and dimmer neg ??? What I am wondering is if it would be ok to hook the Illumination wire to dimmer pos?

no one has any ideas?

How can anyone help without knowing exactly what car you are trying to put this in?

its a 05 ford f150. But what I am saying is the harness kit that I was given says there is a illumination wire.... but on the harness its not there. just two dimmer wires one dimmer and one dimmer ground??

Then use the one labeled dimmer [pos].
