Z3 will not receive traffic info signal from XM and constantly indicates "updating". XM has resent signal and nothing happens. XM radio reception is fine. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you have the data cable connected between your XM module and the Z? You should have 2 cables running between the XM box and Z.
