My F900BT just started doing this (nothing recently changed)

 

My unit will randomly reset the radio presets. I haven't found a common time when it does it. (i.e. I started my car this morning and it worked, parked and turned it back on, touched the screen and all the presets went back to factory defaults)

 

Side questions:

Like with most people here, my antenna reception sucks. Is there any tricks to make it better?

I've got exactly the same problem here. But all my presets keep intact except for Nr 4. I by mistake set it to another station and changed it to correct one right after. But the unit resists me and goes back to the wrong preset every now and then.

All my AM & FM presets reset at random but my XM presets stayed put correctly ?

 

I noticed my presets went away after the F90BT panicked and rebooted.
