I have a problem with my HD1-BT (the european version of the Z1 )

First I lost my settings for language etc and the unit would start with a popup screen "Initializing configuration information from HDD do not power off" on top of the normal splash screen

After upgrading to a HD3-BTII (Z3) the unit kept the settings again but the popup remained at startup.

Is there a way to get rid of the pop-up screen? and does it mean there is someting wrong?
