I see lots of your units displying the mph/kmh speed in the bottom left of your display... I cant see to find that option on my f90bt so I asume this is a hack right???

No, this is in Navi settings - go to >Top Menu>Settings>Navi Settings>Regional Settings>Distance Units.......... voila!

I think you'll find it's from Mavericks DATA.zip hacks/mods, that's what I'm using.

You'll find that the speed limit hack when not navigating is in most if not all datz.zips posted here.

Since it appears you're a bit skittish to get into the files and work them to the features that suit you, I'd suggest trying more than one zip.

Mav's zip does the speed limit a bit different than most others. He combined speed limit to show next to speed separated by "/". It's only coded to provide speed limit data when not navigating.

Each zip has it's pluses and minuses, but it's hard to tailor to everyone when offering out your zip file. You'll find that most users will start with someones data.zip and alter it to their liking.

Yes it is. Read some of the posts that originated in August and you'll see how this evolved into where we're at now. The IGO software is very powerful and Pioneer only enabled a small portion of it.

oh shit I am reading...lol too much.. I rather take a soldering iron and mod a PS3 or a xbox 360 than mess with my files in the the data.zip... I could do that with 1 eye closed lol .. but Im getting there.... Im to the point where I am gonna switch my data.zip with mav's data.zip will do that friday...... and also... I saw where the change was with the nav mute hack when I compared both the origial navfile with the modded one and I am getting the idea slowly.....

PS... the search button dont work to well either.. as I looked for "speedo hack" and had to scroll through pages of crap and gave up... I am not new to forums.. I am actualy a mod at a FTA hacking site, so I know the drill..... lol
