Cliffs notes version:

Street Ra/Ricer complains about receiving a "Driving too slowly" ticket (after slowing from high-speed race). Actual cop shows up on forum to call him on it.

No back-n-forth exchanges...it only took a few posts to own the guy. The other 30 pages are other forums chiming in to represent how far the thread has reached.
