Hi i just installed CD-BTB200, but not my already hooked up and working Ipod now stop working...ipod was connected using the ipod connection.....does this means, i cannot use both connections or you smart guys came up with a fix...please help

They should both work. What ipod adaptor are you using?

Try looking at how you hooked up the bluetooth. Make sure you have the correct wires going to the right inputs and the correct outputs going to your devices.
