I called pioneer and i already had a flux cable upgrade and then i had to send it back again for a fuse being blown

Mine does the same thing, on a hot day blue lights on buttons flash and sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes for unit to turn on. I called Pioneer and they said $200 is there fee for fixing everything no matter what is wrong with it. I need to send off, summer is coming.
