I have the phone connected,, I can make and receive calls fine but I try to do the contacts thing and I get to the part where the radio says send a card bla bla bla,,, but I dont see no where on my phone to see such a thing.

Try downloading JetWare for your phone. It's an aftermarket software that enables a lot of bluetooth options that normally aren't on your ppc phone.

i also have the same problem. i tried to send my contacts and only 411 and voicemail shows up. i have a verizon treo700wx. any help would be great!

If you have T-Mobile phone when your unit prompts you to send a card go to a contact in your phone try &|| select it or go to settings &|| select vcard then send vcard via bluetooth, it worked with my phone but i have a Sidekick08, hopefully this helps
