So am I the only one that is blown away that Pioneer didn't include the FM RDS stuff in the F-series? The stock JBL deck in my 2005 Toyota Tundra had that and I got very used to it.. I loved seeing what artist was on, etc... Does the HD radio module (either the 10 or the 20) have that capability?

Talk about a step back in time. I always thought the Supertuner lines were the best in the world.

RDS is very rare in aftermarket units, you tend to only see it in OEM, I've never seen it as anything I personally cared about, nor do I miss not having it.

It's not just Pioneer, it's most aftermarket units, granted the goal is to get up to Sirius or XM where that data is standard, and more people make money from the subscriptions.

So since I don't look for it, and most aftermarket units I look at don't have RDS, how many units out there are you seeing that do RDS that aren't OEM?

My impression is that it's very few.

My old Kenwood CD deck had RDS...

This is my 1st aftermarket unit and honestly I didn't even consider RDS as being an option. OEM's have been doing it for years. Now, I am surprised I could buy a new one without RDS. Guess I was wrong.

Anyone have a screen shot of what the RDS looks like on the HD tuner?

Which HD tuner is compatible with the 900BT?

Of course all the European versions of the 500/700/900 have RDS and TMC....

That's one of the main differences...
