Videos from SD or USB show up very small on my 500. I tried converting the videos to 720x400 and they still show up small on the screen.

 

Is there a way to make them full screen?

AFAIK there is no way to force resizing of the vids during playback, however converting mine preferably to V-size of 480 makes them all playback as full screen. (As long as H-size is no greater than 704. Somewhat arbitrary, but I believe that the AVIC will not play any vids larger than 720...too lazy to check the manual)
