with the f700bt is there a way to ground the cable going to the ebrake so i dont have to have the ebrake pulled to use the video and some of the navigation functions.

I think you should drive around with your ebrake pulled up and your brakes smoking till you learn the search feature

move the yellow/black wire from pin 1 that its on and move it to pin 4 between 2 black wires. Ground the parking brake wire and the yellow striped black wire.
