I have an older iPod video and a first-gen iPhone. Both worked fine until the most recent update but I now get an "Error-11" message as soon as I plug either one in. Anyone?

Very frustrating!

I have gotten this error once on my D3 with my 1st gen iPhone. I just unplugged and replugged and issue was resolved.

My expierence using my brother in law's iphone is you have to set he phone into "airplane mode" that may correct it. I have 5th gen ipod and haven't had an issue however I did with the pac interface, try resetting the unit my map arrow was acting funny and this seem to correct everything!
