i've turned my phone off and then back on, turned the bluetooth function off and then back on, but the BT90 never sees my phone? Any ideas?

no, my phone doesn't see the unit either! i have a jawbone that i use also, and i've unpaired it and then turned it back on, and the iPhone sees that right away.

Sounds like you need to send it back for warranty.

F90BT, your iPhone is functioning correctly if you can pair it with your Jawbone.

hmm, i'll take it back to where i bought it. I just had it installed yesterday! i'll see what they have to say

I had the same problem. I had previously set up a different headset and it was still in the list. Deleting it from the paired devices in the iPhone made it work for me.
