Press the big silver button, unless you're in the EU, then voice recognition is not available to you, sorry.

Yep in the crappy E.U, that will be the reason. How come you guys get all the fun stuff?

Probably because we, for the most part, only speak english v.s. all the different languages spoken in europe.

Nothin to do with 'crappy EU', the whole world is crap! If anything it's Pioneer thats crap: why release the same hardware but with less functionality from one region to another? As for Pioneer 'customer service/support' - haha what a joke!

TBH it beggars belief, and I can only be grateful I found this forum.

I can't wait till some figures how to get this enabled for the EU unit... surely it's just a software setting somewhere?
