Will this work with the F700bt and how hard are these things to install?

If you have an old one laying around, it might. If you cut off the IR led and solder a 1/8 headphone jack on it, you can plug it into the avic. YOu'll need to program it with someone else's Pioneer remote though.

I used to do this for my old Alpines all the time with the steering control jack in the back. Never tried on a Pioneer but it's worth a shot
