i have an avic d1 and i'm haing a problem.. yesterday and today i got in the car, turned it on, and my display was showing the compass, speed, and clock display. i did not choose this display, it just booted up this way. the first time it did this, i pushed the map button and chose the map display and i thought it was a fluke, today it did it again, went back to the speed, clock, and compass on its own. anyone know why? software? ... thanks, robert

Sounds like you changed it to that view. Hit map to get to the map screen, then map again, and choose a different view
