Does anyone know where I can find someone in Chicago that will install my AVIC F90BT and do the bypass as well?

Try Jason at Mobile One, Inc. They are a VW specialist but do audio/nav installations and may do one on a non-VW car. They welcome customers bringing in their own equipment to install and will do custom jobs. However I would not count on them doing the bypass but it's worth asking. Be prepared to hear Jason rubbish the F line for slow startups and advise you to install something else.
