Just Had My F90BT Installed And My MSN Direct Isn't Working

Hey guys. I just had my F90BT installed by a car and audio shop and everything seems to be working fine except for my MSN Direct.

I tried to get the 3 months free offer online but that requires you to get the Product Key code listed in the navigation and when I go to

Destination - MSN Direct - Status

It just get's stuck on "Connecting To MSN Direct..."

What am I doing wrong? Everything else works fine. I can get XM radio fine and I can get the rest of my navigation working fine. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

reset your unit.

reset the unit and goto msndirect.com and reactivate... thats how i got mine working.

How do you reset your unit? unplug the battery?

Reset button right next to Eject.
