Hey, Thinking about picking up a F700BT. I currently use a sirius sportster in my vehicle with a dock. I want to keep this and use it with the f700. I like being able to take the sportster with me and use it in my boombox and in my home etc. I know the pioneer sirius adapter is the best option..but not for me.
I want to use the ipod adapter. I know that takes up all of the inputs on the back of the unit. Can I use a Pbus adapter to get more rca's? I think a company named peripheral makes one. This would be the perfect solution but I want to know if it will actually work with the f-series before I order a unit.
There was some mention about using a y adapter to get more inputs. Would that actaully work with audio from the sirius? How would one switch between sirius and the ipod if both on the same input in the unit.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
