Ok so I have a new F900BT installed and for some reason after I correctly hooked up the parking brake lead the GPS keeps cutting out and will not track my location and the red arrow just goes grey... any ideas? Thanks

and sorry forgot to mention when I first turn it on I have a great GPS signal i just keep losing it.

Did you also move the MUTE wire link this? original harness

That wire will also need to be grounded.

As for the GPS signal, is the antenna blocked by anything metallic above it, and is the antenna on the little metal plate that came with the unit?

is the antenna plugged in completely?

Mute wire shouldn't have with his issue. Looks like a bad contact with the GPS antenna...
