ok i know this has been talked about before, ive search for about 2 hrs now and cant find anything. i got the test mode files and can get into test mode but how do i pull the files off or put modded ones on?

I just navigate to the files, click on them the select copy from the Edit pull down menu then navigate to where I want them and go back to Edit menu and paste.
