my setup is a 2006 toyota sequoia limited with the avic d3, ipod cable, BT200, backup camera. is there a wiring issue here? did the installer not connect a proper wire? when the headlights turn on, isn't the deck supposed to dim down? i see there is a setting there to adjust the dimmer setting. thank you.

Does the map turn black when you turn your headlights on? If not, the installer didn't hook up the illumination wire
