I just installed my new navi and i can't input any addresses into the navigation.

I can view where i'm going so i know navi works but i can't go anywhere besides POI.

I can't add phone or phonebook all the buttons look disabled on it.

Whenever i go into the settings button All i can click on is audio and video settings not navi or system

help what do i need to do. Just bought it said it came with 2.0 preinstalled. Maybe i need to reinstall??

Put your parking brake on, or do the bypass

Review the Hardware Bypass listed in the stickies, sounds like the installer didn't even hook up the parking brake line, your goal is to bypass it completely

so i should take it back to the installer? I told him about the bypass and he made me some kinda switch so it'll work while driving.

idk but it doesn't work either way i flip it??
