Maybe I'm missing something and if I am apologies all around.. I would like to build my own theme but can't figure out how to edit image.res

I did search through the forum and can't seem to pinpoint it. I have already been able to change daycar in the Data.zip but aside from a couple of the images in the ui_pioneer folder I can't open any of the images...

Any help is appreciated..

you need to use 7zip to unzip it and to zip it again in .res format. Need to use photoshop or similar program to edit the images...... LOTS of info on this subject. take a look at hacks and nods on the F-sereis forum.

Ah.... So thats what I was missing image.res is a zip file.... Thank you... I have PS and thats what I used on the arrow... Thank you again....

How do I use 7zip to compress back into a .rs format?

When I try to add to archive under the 7-zip menu It only shows 3 types of archive formats: 7z,TAR and zip

How Do I make it a .res?

Think I figured it out.

I just rename the .7z to .res correct?
