where can i get serial number?

when i go to status, i cant see my serial number.

it says connecting to msn direct message but it does not go further.

is there an alternative way?

same problem here, I installed some hacks before I activate it. Any one know how to finds product number??

I had the same thing. The reset button did not help. What I did to get the prod. # was to go into settings and hit the reset button on the screen. After it rebooted, I was able to get the Prod. # and then register it.
