I see on the Pioneer site that the Nano 4th gen is not compatible with the AVIC-700bt. Yet I have read here some people have it working. If the connector is different how do you guys get it to work. I have never had an IPod so I don't know much about them.

Sorry, I don't have your answer, but another question. Anyone here tried it with the new 3rd gen Shuffles? They have no controls on them at all (playback is managed by a control in the headphone wire), so I just wanted to see if they worked before I bought one.
