When I watching videos on the F90BT off the iPod, the aspect ratio was off so I turned off widescreen on the iPod. It works fine then but the next time I'm in my car, the widescreen comes back on. I checked the settings on the F90BT. I will fiddle with the settings again.

You should have the iPod set to widescreen in the iPod settings, and then "Full" mode in the AVIC settings.
