Does anyone have a mod to make an iPod actually pause when Bluetooth is in use? I hate when I'm in the middle of a good song and someone calls and by the time I hang up it's 3 songs later.

It is a known issue. I would also LOVE to have it pause. No known hacks that I have read about.
